Our house is situated on the southern outskirts of Kaprun. In winter, the ski bus stop is only 100 m away from the house and you can use ist for free. You are connected to all ski areas like Kitzsteinhorn – Maiskogel and Zell am See / Schmittenhöhe. For all cyclists, inline skaters or walkers the “Tauern-Cycle-Path” is just 200 m away.

In the basement of our house there is room for skis and bikes, you can also play darts, table football and table tennis there.

In summer you can relax in the garden (chairs and sunbeds are available) there is also a barbecue in the garden and it is available for all our guests.

Each apartment has two parking places in front of the house. All apartments are very cosy and comfortable equipped (kitchen with dishwasher, stove, water boiler etc) living room with sofa, some with tiled stove and wireless Internet. There is also a washing machine in each apartment.
